Why does the EP-0210 NVME Hat for the RPi5 need the UART pins 9 and 10?

  Blocking those pins is a major inconvenience.  Same for the 3.3v and SDA/SCL pins.  Are they actually being used or is that 2x5 header jusr used for mating security?
