We provide shipping labels with tracking number for all orders.
Order Status
Paid/Unfulfilled - The payment for your order has been completed. We have received your order and we are preparing your shipment package.
Fulfilled - We have filled in the shipping tracking number, and your package has been sent.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Our Term is FOB which doesn’t include custom fee. You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company.

PS: If your shipping address zip code is belong to remote area of the shipping carrier DHL, there will be extra charge for the remote areas. The shipping fee we charged does not include the fees related with extra charge for the remote areas.

EMS
As the default shipping method for orders to Russia. Tracking information is available.
If EMS is disabled, we will change to an alternative shipping method under the suggestion of our carrier.
Yanwen Small Packets Air
We choose Yanwen as our freight forwarder to deliver packages.
- Small Packets Air includes HK post, Yanwen post and so on.
- Orders contain battery, liquid and magnet cannot be shipped by Yanwen Small Packets Air.
- This shipping service usually takes up to 15-30 business days but it is not guaranteed and unstable. Delays are possible.
- If you need faster shipment, please choose DHL/UPS/Fedex (Shipping fee paid by yourself). Or we will deliver via the default method of standard shipping. (Usually by 4PX with tracking number);
- If we think that the order value is higher or the transportation risk is higher, we will purchase freight insurance at Yanwen by ourselves.
- Each package should not exceed 2 kg. If it exceeds 2 kg, we will negotiate with you or change to a faster DHL/UPS/Fedex shipping method, or divide the package into several packages to ship.
Shipping Address
Please make sure that your shipping address is 100% correct with full name, a right phone number, city with right post code included, the phone number is very important in the shipping address.
Combined Shipping
We could help combine shipping of multiple orders, please choose combined shipping method in the latest order and notify us in the comment of all orders that you want to combine.
Insurance
We do not offer insurance which covers you in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged by the postal services.
Reception
With standard courier practice, you check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not we can't be held liable for any damage that may have occurred in transit.
